How do I find my resort transfer when I’ve landed at the airport?

Once your flight arrives, you will need to find your representative for your airport transfer within 1 hour of having landed. Full details of where to locate them will be listed on your email confirmation

How long do I need to wait at the airport before my resort transfer leaves?

If you’re travelling on a Shared Shuttle, you may have to wait up to a maximum of 45 minutes for other passengers; for Private Transfers you will depart as soon as you’ve found your driver.

Are child seats available on resort transfers?

If you’re travelling with children who need a cihld seat, we recommend you bring your own as these will not be provided.
